Welcome to MyTravelling. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the MyTravelling website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, registering with, or using MyTravelling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform.
01 About MyTravelling
MyTravelling is an independent railway information and travel utility platform designed to help users access train-related information through a convenient digital interface. The Platform provides informational features such as PNR status tracking, train search, schedules, routes, fare estimates, station directories, and live tracking where available.
02 Independent Platform
Independent Declaration
MyTravelling is NOT affiliated with, partnered with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC, CRIS, the Ministry of Railways, or the Government of India.
References to train names, railway stations, routes, or railway codes are made solely for informational and identification purposes.
03 Third-Party Railway Information
MyTravelling obtains railway-related data via third-party railway information APIs or data providers. Information received may be subject to API availability, underlying provider limitations, and synchronization frequency. MyTravelling does not control the underlying railway IT infrastructure operated by third parties.
04 No Ticket Booking Service
MyTravelling does not currently provide train ticket booking services. You cannot purchase or reserve railway tickets through MyTravelling. MyTravelling does not book, issue, cancel, or refund tickets, nor does it act as an IRCTC ticketing agent.
05 No Railway Ticket Payment Collection
MyTravelling does not collect or process payments for train tickets. We do not collect credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or net banking payments for railway reservations. Any transactions on third-party websites are governed by those third-party terms.
06 User Registration and Mobile Verification
Certain features may require users to register or verify their mobile number via SMS One-Time Password (OTP). You agree to provide a valid mobile number authorized for your use, provide accurate details, and maintain the confidentiality of your authentication codes.
07. OTP Security
You are responsible for keeping your OTPs secure. Never disclose an OTP to unknown callers, unverified individuals, or third parties.
08 Use of PNR Information
By entering a PNR number, you confirm you are authorized to access that booking information. You must not use the Platform to improperly access another person’s confidential travel records without authorization.
09 Railway Information Accuracy & Verification
Railway operations can change dynamically due to weather, maintenance, diversions, or operational requirements. MyTravelling does not warrant that information will always be 100% real-time, error-free, or uninterrupted.
10. Verification of Important Information
Users must verify critical travel details (timings, platforms, PNR status, cancellations) through official railway portals before embarking on journeys.
11. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their independent travel decisions. MyTravelling shall not be held liable for travel arrangements made solely based on displayed third-party data.
12 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use MyTravelling only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, or databases.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive software.
- Overload, spam, or impair platform infrastructure.
- Impersonate MyTravelling or falsely claim government affiliation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with application code.
13 Prohibited Automated Access & Scraping
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you must not use bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, or automated API requests to access, monitor, or extract substantial data from the Platform.
14 Intellectual Property
The MyTravelling name, logo, interface, graphics, software, text, and design elements are owned by or licensed to YatraSetu Solution Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
15 Third-Party Services & Official Links
The Platform may integrate third-party APIs (SMS, railway data, hosting, analytics) and provide external links for user convenience. For authoritative information, refer to:
19 Service Availability & Termination
While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, issue software updates, modify features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten security.
22 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
MyTravelling is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTravelling, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Missed trains, delays, cancellations, or diversions
- Platform changes or schedule discrepancies
- Incorrect or delayed PNR status lookups
- Downtime of third-party APIs or network interruptions
24. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTravelling and its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or costs resulting from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
25 Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of MyTravelling is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data, mobile numbers, and technical information are processed.
28 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
30. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
