MyTravelling has no official partnership or agency relationship with:

• Indian Railways
• Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC)
• Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS)
• Ministry of Railways, Government of India
• Government of India
• Any Indian Railways Zone or Division
• Any other railway or Government authority

Any reference to these organizations within the application or website is solely for identifying or describing railway-related information and services. The use of railway names, train names, station names, codes, or other railway-related information does not imply any partnership, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

02 Third-Party Information Provider

MyTravelling obtains certain railway-related information through a third-party railway information API/data provider. The information displayed in the application may include, depending on availability:

• PNR status information
• Train search, schedules and routes
• Train running information and live tracking
• Train fare information
• Railway station information, platform numbers, and timings

Because the information is obtained through third-party services, the availability and accuracy of information may depend on the third-party provider and its underlying data sources.

03 Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and updated information to our users. However, railway information may change due to operational circumstances, timetable changes, technical issues, cancellations, diversions, delays, maintenance, or other factors.

Therefore, MyTravelling does not guarantee that the information displayed through the application or website will always be accurate, complete, current, real-time, error-free, available, or consistent with the latest official railway information.

Information may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or different from information subsequently provided through official railway channels.

04 Verify Important Travel Information

Users should always verify important travel information through official railway sources before making travel decisions or starting their journey. This may include PNR status, live running status, timetable, departure and arrival times, platform numbers, and cancellation or diversion announcements.

MyTravelling should be used as an informational assistance tool and should not be considered the sole or authoritative source for critical travel information.

05 No Train Ticket Booking Service

MyTravelling currently does not provide train ticket booking services. The application does not:

• Book train tickets
• Issue railway tickets
• Process railway reservations
• Collect railway ticket payments
• Process ticket cancellation payments or refunds
• Act as a railway ticketing agent

Users cannot purchase train tickets or make railway reservation payments through MyTravelling. For railway ticket booking and reservation services, users should use official or appropriately authorized railway booking platforms.

06 No Payment Collection for Train Tickets

MyTravelling does not currently collect or process payments for train tickets. We do not collect credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or reservation payments.

If a user accesses an external website or service through a link provided by MyTravelling, any transaction conducted on that external platform is governed strictly by the terms and policies of that external service.

MyTravelling may provide references or links to third-party websites and services for informational convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, terms, or transactions.

09 Train Names, Station Names and Railway Information

Train names, train numbers, station names, station codes, routes, railway terminology, and other railway-related information displayed through MyTravelling are used solely for informational and identification purposes. Such references do not indicate that MyTravelling owns, operates, manages, represents, or is officially connected with the relevant railway service.

10 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

MyTravelling aims to keep its services available and functional; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The application or certain features may temporarily become unavailable because of server maintenance, Internet connectivity issues, third-party API downtime, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

11 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for independently verifying information before making important travel decisions. MyTravelling shall not be considered responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information displayed through the application or website. Users should check official railway sources before boarding a train, travelling to a station, or relying on timings or platform numbers.

12 Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTravelling shall not be responsible for losses, inconvenience, or damages arising from reliance on railway information displayed through the application, including but not limited to:

• Train delays, cancellations, or diversions
• Missed trains or travel inconvenience
• Incorrect or changed schedules, fares, or routes
• Platform changes or incorrect platform displays
• Incorrect or delayed PNR information
• Third-party API errors or technical interruptions

13 Updates to Railway Information

Railway information can change frequently due to operational requirements, weather conditions, maintenance, emergencies, special trains, route changes, or other circumstances. Therefore, information displayed by MyTravelling may not immediately reflect every real-time change.

14 Independent Travel Information Platform

MyTravelling is intended to make railway information easier to access through a user-friendly application. Our objective is to provide users with convenient access to available railway information through a single platform. However, MyTravelling should not be interpreted as an official railway service, Government application, railway booking platform, or authorized railway representative.
