These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MyTraveling website and mobile application (“Platform”).

MyTraveling is an informational railway utility platform. The Platform currently provides:

• Train Search
• Train Fare Information

• Train Schedules and Related Railway Information

The Platform may introduce additional railway-related informational services in the future.

MyTraveling operates strictly as an informational portal. We do NOT under any circumstances:

• Book train tickets
• Issue railway tickets
• Process railway reservations
• Collect railway fares
• Accept ticket payments

Certain advanced features of the Platform may require:

• Mobile number registration
• OTP (One-Time Password) verification

Upon registration, users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use only their own verified mobile number

Users are solely responsible for all activities and transactions performed through their account.

To ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data
• Attempt unauthorized access to any parts of the Platform or servers
• Disrupt, disable, or overburden platform functionality and infrastructure

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date railway utility information. However, train schedules, fares, station details, delays, and PNR data may change dynamically and without notice.

We do not guarantee or warrant:

• Accuracy or validity of content
• Availability of service endpoints
• Completeness of schedules or fares
• Real-time updates or synchronization

Users should independently verify important travel details, schedules, and official notices through official railway sources or booking channels.

All content, source code, software, trademarks, brand logos, graphics, text layout, and visual designs displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to MyTraveling.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, capturing, or archiving any website content
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing proprietary materials
• Modifying, translation, or creative adaptation
• Reverse engineering or decompiling code elements

Any unauthorized use of Platform IP without explicit written permission will result in legal action.

The Platform may contain redirection links to third-party portals, services, advertisements, and booking providers. MyTraveling has no control over and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content authenticity
• External platform services or products
• Data security and privacy practices
• Availability or reliability of external web locations

Interacting with, buying from, or using third-party services is conducted entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTraveling, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
• Missed trains, schedules, or connecting flights
• Incorrect railway statistics or fare estimates
• Delays or failures in PNR status updates
• Service outages, interruptions, or temporary downtime
• Loss of personal data, device performance issues, or security incidents
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We are constantly improving and updating our utility offerings. Accordingly, we reserve the absolute right to:

• Modify, update, or alter services and features
• Suspend platform services for maintenance or upgrades
• Restrict user access to specific sections or functionalities
• Discontinue particular features or the entire Platform

These operations can occur at any time without prior notice or subsequent liability to users.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your user access if:

• Any terms of this agreement are violated
• Fraudulent, abusive, or automated activity is detected
• Unauthorized use of data or APIs occurs
• A threat to the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform is identified

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyTraveling, its owners, employees, affiliates, and technology partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising out of or in connection with the misuse of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. The most current version will always be published on the Platform with the revision date.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications indicates your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
